Joe Graf Jr. Quote: “Such a frustrating finish to what was on track to be a career race at Darlington Raceway. I am proud of the RSS Racing team for bringing me a fast No. 38 Bethel Motor Speedway Throwback | Lefcourt Brothers Racing Ford Mustang.

“After a strong practice effort, we, unfortunately, were not able to qualify because of an oil leak. The team did a great job repairing the issue. We had to start at the back and took our time methodically working through the field but on that last restart, someone missed a shift and the bottom lane stacked up and we got the worst of it.

“We’ll try and regroup and have a rebound finish at Charlotte.”

Next Up: Alsco Uniforms 300 at Charlotte (N.C.) Motor Speedway on Sat., May 27, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. ET live on FOX Sports 1 (FS1) | Performance Racing Network (PRN) and SiriusXM Satellite Radio NASCAR Channel 90.
